Columbia Creative provides design services at Columbia University and stewards the visual identity guidelines and University brand. As part of the Office of Communications and Public Affairs, we forge new standards for what can be achieved in visual communication through synergistic partnerships with our colleagues across the University.
We recognize the breadth of incredible work being done around the University with world-changing research, scholarship, and instruction. Columbia Creative exists to share that work with the outside world in a compelling way by leveraging communication tools like design, photography, text, illustration, video, and animation. We’re passionate about telling Columbia’s story and helping fulfill its mission “to advance knowledge and learning at the highest level and to convey the products of its efforts to the world.”
Our projects range from websites, magazines, and annual reports to media strategy, buying, publicity, marketing, advertising, and brand management. Our work is produced at the highest level through dynamic partnerships that span a diverse university community.
